Customer Service Officer
To assist the Residents efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Customer Service related function including Front Desk, Guest Relation, Cashier and Concierge to maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all time.
Customer Service Supervisor
Assist the Operation Manager in the apartment operation and involve in making decisions on the management of the Customer Service.
Japanese Customer Service Officer
To assist the Residents efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Customer Service related function including Front Desk, Guest Relation, Cashier and Concierge to maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all time.
At Your Service Officer
To responsible for all external & internal call, guest requirements, and ensure the efficiency of handling those calls. Coordinate with all department and staff concern to respond guest requirements, and follow up to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Room Attendant
Push hard efforts in keeping all of the suites clean and safe directly contribute to the Resident experience.
Laundry Attendant
Responsible for Laundry work for Residents of the apartments: wash, dry-clean and press to be ready for delivery to the Residents at the apartments.
